Warehouse Coordinator

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a key role in organizing and managing the workshop. You will analyze the daily workload, allocate resources accordingly, and ensure smooth operations throughout the day. As the essential link between the preparation department and other operational teams (warehouse, customer service, etc.), you will provide technical support to help the team resolve operational issues. You will also contribute to the medium-term development of the workshop, focusing on team organization and the training of operators and biomedical technicians.

Your Responsibilities:

• Goods reception and registration:
• Manage courier delivery: Physical reception of the goods, quality control and good receipt according to purchase order, registration in the ERPs of the reception and inventory of the goods in the warehouse.
• Stock management:
• Ensure inventory control and cycle counting.
• Ensure full location of goods and 100% alignment of physical vs. ERP information.
• Implementing correct storage conditions according to goods requirement.
• Control Limit Date of use and optimize the stock utilization.
• Booking:
• Ensure that goods booked for a customer study is segregated/Identified from the general stock and controlled.
• Picking:
• Ensure picking of orders on time and in full and escalate in case of missing information and/or product.
• Packing and shipping:
• Packing orders according to specifications related to customer, destination
• Ensure conformity with customs and local regulation.
• Maintain packing zone optimized and supplied with all necessary tools and consumables.
• Coordinate shipments pick up with transport companies.
• Warehousing resources:
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
• Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.

Your Profile:

Ideally, you hold a bachelor's degree in operations management, industrial engineering, supply chain, or another field related to production or workshop management.

You have at least 3 years of experience coordinating a team in a workshop, production, or technical operations environment.

You are proficient with IT tools (Excel, etc.); SAP knowledge is a plus.

French skills are a plus for that position.

You demonstrate the following qualities:

Strong organizational and resource-management skills, enabling effective planning and optimal use of available resources.

Ability to lead meetings and coordinate teams, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.

Capacity to diagnose operational or technical issues and manage urgent situations by quickly identifying appropriate solutions.

Initiative and a continuous-improvement mindset, contributing to process optimization and innovation within the workshop.
