Key Responsibilities
- Operate assigned fabrication and mechanical equipment
- Assemble and prepare materials according to work instructions
- Ensure items produced meet quality control requirements
- Complete all required documentation fully and accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards
- Follow all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 0-2 years of fabrication, assembly, or manufacturing experience
- Ability to handle basic issues and escalate complex problems
- Beginning to working knowledge of fabrication processes
- Ability to interpret work instructions and follow directions
- Basic verbal, written, and mathematical skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Standing continuously; occasional sitting, kneeling, stooping, bending
- Lifting up to 30 lbs; occasional pulling/pushing
