We are seeking an energetic, attentive, and hardworking Busser/Runner to join our team. This role is essential to delivering exceptional guest service by ensuring tables are cleared and reset quickly, dining areas remain clean, and guests receive prompt support throughout their visit.

Weekend breakfast and brunch service can be extremely busy, so the ideal candidate is proactive, thinks ahead, anticipates the needs of both guests and coworkers, and is always looking for ways to support the team. While the primary responsibility is clearing and resetting tables efficiently, this position will also assist with food running and other front-of-house support duties as needed.

Our goal is to maximize table turnover while maintaining the high level of hospitality our guests expect.

Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is required, as these are our busiest service days. Morning availability is essential.

• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maximize seating availability.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room throughout each shift.

• Assist servers by running food to guests accurately and promptly.

• Anticipate the needs of guests and support the service team whenever possible.

• Restock service stations, supplies, and inventory throughout the shift.

• Assist with general restaurant cleanliness, including sweeping, wiping surfaces, and maintaining guest areas.

• Help the kitchen staff with taking out trash and keeping work areas clean.

• Monitor the dining room to identify tables that need attention before being asked.

• Deliver friendly, courteous, and professional customer service to every guest.

• Communicate effectively with both front-of-house and back-of-house team members.

• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required.

• Must be fluent in or have a working understanding of English.

• Must possess a valid Food Handler Card and/or ServSafe Food Handler Certification before beginning employment.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to think ahead, anticipate needs, and multitask effectively.

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Frequently lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
