This full-time assignment offers the chance to provide crucial BCBA support while a team member is on maternity leave, with the possibility of an extension. Your expertise and passion for behavior analysis will be utilized across multiple campuses, where you'll supervise and collaborate within a dynamic educational environment.

Assignment Details:

  • Start date: November 1st with an anticipated end date of January 31st (potential for extension)
  • Full-time, 35 hours per week
  • Itinerant supervision role, supporting several campuses
  • Caseload includes students from Kindergarten through 12th grade

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification is required
  • Proven experience in a school setting, particularly with K-12 populations
  • Strong ability to adapt and manage multiple sites effectively
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated skills in supervising and supporting staff involved in behavioral programming

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavior analytic supervision and support across district campuses
  • Consult with school teams to develop, implement, and monitor behavioral interventions
  • Conduct staff training and ensure compliance with best practices in applied behavior analysis
  • Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate closely with educational professionals and families
