This customer service position earns competitive compensation of $50,000 - $90,000+/year, depending on experience and skill. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GUTTER SALES ASSOCIATE

As a Gutter Sales Associate, you attend all estimates, price new opportunities using our production rates, and provide product differentiation and knowledge to customers. In a professional manner, you return incoming phone calls, follow up, sell services, and maintain relationships with customers and crew. With your sales and customer service skills, you strive to target and market to the most profitable jobs, maintain a closing percentage, develop a prospecting plan focused on generating leads, and participate in networking groups to establish relationships and promote the company.

You also maintain an organized workflow and process using our CRM system. This helps you set and achieve goals for sales volumes, closing rates, and gross profits. Communication is also important in your role, so you maintain regular communication with the owners, staff, and field personnel, working cooperatively to find methods and systems that are most effective for developing business. You are always positive and respectful and even help with the development and implementation of new systems. You enjoy using your sales and customer service skills to keep us in business!
