• CSR role in Manufacturing Environment
• Experience with ERP software platforms such as Oracle
• Strong communication skills​

Reporting to the CSR Manager, the Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for acting as a liaison and coordinating the flow of information from sales agents to production, logistics, and customers. The Coordinator will provide overall client account management and customer service while building customer confidence in an efficient and reliable manner.

Additional Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Knowledgeable and reliable contact point for any information required by customer.
• Place orders, trace orders, schedule shipments, and process sample orders.
• Complete various internal and external reporting requirements.
• Maintain open communication with production and relay information as needed to customer; i.e. delivery date updates.
• Follow up with customers to ensure proper receipt of goods received and overall customer satisfaction.
• Process complaints and enter as needed as well as sales order returns.
• File complaints and own situation until fully closed (technically and financially).
• Respond to all customer communications in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
• Act with a sense of urgency in order to meet customer requests.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in customer service role within manufacturing environment
• Experience in production/manufacturing environment
• Ability to work and achieve short deadlines
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
