As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $12.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Thur: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and document observations, incidents, and shift activities in accordance with site procedures. Communicate professionally with Allied Universal leadership, site contacts, and public responders while supporting a welcoming and orderly workplace environment. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A guard card or license is preferred.
