Regional Operations Specialist

Direct the overall management and control of assigned Community activities and programs Manage residents, employees, and financial assets Represent the property when dealing with outside and governmental agencies Participate in government property surveys and develop and execute correction plans Promote the property and communicate organizational values to residents, visitors, team members, and the wider community Coach and direct Community Directors on financial management, service, and team member relations Lead marketing and sales efforts to meet or exceed census goals in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements Maintain budgeted occupancy and budgetary compliance Professionally represent the Company and create a supportive, enjoyable experience for residents and team members Requirements Colorado Assisted Living Administrator Certificate required Two years of college required Three years of experience providing residential care to the elderly Senior Living experience required Prior working experience with reporting and data in RealPage Accounting and Leasing & Rents, You’ve Got Leads (YGL), and ADP or other HRIS is preferred Travel throughout Colorado, up to 95%+ travel required Flexibility and availability for extended and frequently changing travel assignments Ability to meet regulatory, financial management, occupancy, service, and team member relations expectations Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing community activities, financial assets, and regulatory compliance within senior living environments.
