Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join their team in NYC! Responsibilities: Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for retail openings. Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Coordinate interview logistics, including confirmations, calendar management, and follow-up communications. Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system. Assist with posting job openings and monitoring candidate pipelines. Support recruiters with administrative tasks throughout the hiring process. Communicate professionally with candidates regarding interview schedules and next steps. Help manage high-volume retail recruitment initiatives while maintaining organization and attention to detail. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field 1-2 years of experience, including internships in HR or Talent Acquisition Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
