In this role, you’ll build lasting relationships with customers, resolve service issues, and represent our company with professionalism and care. You’ll be part of a team that delivers dependable solutions in fleet maintenance and support. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web portals Resolve service issues and provide timely updates to customers Promote BAMCo’s services and capabilities to build trust and long-term partnerships Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain accurate customer records and service logs in our CRM Learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms related to customer service What We’re Looking For Associate degree or higher in business, communications, or related field Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Comfortable using digital tools and customer support software Experience in a customer service or account support role is preferred Professional, friendly, and reliable attitude Level Up Skill Training and Tuition Reimbursement Flexible work environment: remote, hybrid, or onsite Competitive pay and growth opportunities Supportive team culture with real impact Opportunity to work with a growing, service-driven company Work Arrangement Remote, hybrid, or onsite based on candidate qualifications and experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
