Overview
Kimley-Horn is looking for an Experienced BIM Manager to join our MEP team in Orlando, Florida (FL)!
Responsibilities
Serve as the BIM Manager on projects and support the ongoing expansion of Kimley-Horn's MEP practice
Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and other internal disciplines on projects with the use of tools like Revit and BIM to deliver multi-discipline projects
Establish and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows to streamline project coordination for multiple projects in multiple offices
The successful candidate will be given a great deal of autonomy to lead, direct, and grow their business
Qualifications
10+ years of relevant experience
Strong design skills in Revit and other Autodesk products
Design skills in MEP including content creation, families, and schedules
Ability to travel to other Kimley-Horn offices extensively to provide project support
Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization
Ability to manage and mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner
