Real Estate Capital Raising Manager - Multifamily

Job Description

My client is a South Florida-based investment, acquisition, development, and management provider for multifamily and mixed-use real estate. They are looking to hire their first Capital Raising lead as the office grows in South Florida.

Core Responsibilities:

• Fundraising & Lead Generation : Proactively source and pitch investment opportunities to Limited Partners (LPs), family offices, and Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs).
\n
• Material Creation : Design and manage fund presentations, pitchbooks, and private placement memoranda (PPM) to clearly outline risk-return profiles.
\n
• Due Diligence Management : Coordinate and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs).
\n
• Investor Relations : Serve as the primary point of contact for existing investors, providing regular performance updates and reporting.
\n
• Pipeline Management : Track investor outreach, meetings, and commitments using CRM platforms.
\n

Qualifications & Requirements:

\n
• 2 to 10+ years in investment banking, investor relations, or real estate private equity.
\n
• An existing, active Rolodex of HNW individuals, institutional investors, or wealth managers is highly valued.
\n
• Strong capability in analyzing investment returns (IRR, Equity Multiples) and understanding market trends.
\n
• Exceptional ability to synthesize complex real estate data into clear, compelling narratives.
