Registered Nurse - Outpatient Clinic

Location: California

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (schedule may vary during flu season).

Job Description: The Associate Caregiver Health RN will provide essential nursing care in an outpatient clinic setting, focusing on employee health and wellness. The RN will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and may be required to float between the clinic and a sister facility to support patient care needs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform health screenings and vaccinations.
• Conduct fit testing and maintain accurate health records.
• Provide patient education and support.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with health protocols.
• Handle case management related to employee health.
• Assist with medication refills and scheduling appointments.
• Respond to urgent care needs and telephone triages.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid RN license (Compact license required at submission).
• Experience with electronic charting systems, preferably Epic.
