In this role, you’ll support production by grinding, polishing, and finishing aluminum and stainless steel parts while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Perform rough grinding of aluminum and stainless steel components

Polish and finish sand aluminum and stainless steel parts

Ensure finished products meet company quality standards

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Support production needs by shifting tasks as workload requires

Previous metal finishing experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds

Reliable and punctual attendance

Ability to work well in a team environment

Willingness to work overtime when necessary

Flexibility to change tasks throughout the shop as production needs change

Ability to pass a pre-hire background check and post-offer, pre-hire drug test
