About the Position

Job Title: LDRP Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights, rotating weekends Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 1 year in Triage, Labor and Delivery, and Postpartum care; Nursery experience preferred. License: Current unencumbered RN license required. Certifications: Healthcare Provider Level BLS, AHA ACLS, NRP required; PALS preferred; STABLE preferred; Perinatal related RNC certification preferred. Must-Have: Verification of high school diploma or equivalent due to requirements for moderate complexity testing. Description: The LDRP team offers labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care. This is provided by a highly trained team of nurses and medical staff. The environment is focused on family-centered care and medical safety. All sites are trained in GYN surgical care. Experience in triage, labor and delivery, and postpartum care is required. Nursery experience is preferred. Previous experience in stabilization of high-risk neonates is preferred. Basic fetal monitoring skills are preferred. Holiday coverage may be required.
