Location: Remote (PST only) Duration: 6 Months Experience: 12-15 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Looking for a Program Manager with 8–10+ years of experience in program management, business operations, and leadership stakeholder engagement.
• Must have strong communication, Power BI/data analytics skills, and experience managing cross-functional initiatives in supply chain or cloud data center operations

Required Qualifications

• Experience 15 years of overall experience in program/project management or technology delivery including leading PMO functions for large complex enterprise programs.
• 2 years leading teams of Technical PMs
• Proven experience delivering multi year, multi workstream enterprise transformations (e.g., ERP, cloud, digital, data, or platform modernization).
• Strong background managing complex, cross system, enterprise scale initiatives
• Domain Knowledge
• Solid understanding of construction supply chain processes and constraints
• Experience working with ERP, procurement systems, logistics platforms tools
• Familiarity with how supply

Role Descriptions

• PMO Leadership Governance
• Establish and lead the PMO operating model including governance frameworks, stage gates, decision forums, and escalation paths.
• Define and enforce program standards, methodologies, tools, templates, and reporting cadences across all workstreams.
• Drive portfolio level prioritization, dependency management, and capacity planning across multiple projects and vendors.
• Leadership People Management Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Technical Project Managers across multiple initiatives Set delivery standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for program execution
• Conduct performance management, coaching, and career development for TPMs
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
• Enterprise Program Delivery Management
• Own delivery oversight for a large scale, multi workstream enterprise program, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and outcomes.
• Lead integrated planning across scope, schedule, budget, resources, and milestones.
• Proactively manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and ensure timely mitigation and executive visibility.
• Ensure alignment across product, engineering, procurement, logistics, and operations teams
• Manage program financials including budgets, forecasts, and vendor costs
• Establish and report on KPIs, OKRs, and executive dashboards
• Construction Supply Chain Domain Ownership (Preferred)

• Serve as the primary communication interface for senior leadership and business sponsors for program status, health, and outcomes to executive leadership.
• Present program status, risks, trade offs, and decisions clearly and confidently
• Facilitate executive steering committee meetings, decision reviews, and milestone checkpoints.
• Align cross functional stakeholders with competing priorities and timelines
• Influence without authority across matrixed global teams
