Project Manager - Land Development

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager specializing in Land Development to oversee and manage various projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all phases of land development, including site selection, planning, permitting, and construction management. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and local government agencies to ensure compliance with zoning laws and regulations, while also managing project budgets and timelines effectively. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential as you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and liaising with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.


Your duties will also include conducting feasibility studies, preparing project proposals, and presenting updates to senior management and clients. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of land development processes and a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in project management software and possess strong problem-solving skills, you will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. A degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field, along with relevant certifications, is preferred.
