Hybrid NP/PA: Primary Care Desktop Support & Care Coordination

Northern Light Blue Hill Hospital in Blue Hill, Maine seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team in a unique hybrid desktop support role. This APP/PA functions as a clinical extender, offering EMR desktop coverage, care coordination, and clinical support while improving access, continuity of care, and provider wellness. The position offers remote work with onsite presence at least one day per week in our Blue Hill clinic, a comprehensive benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr Northern Light Health
