We are partnering with a leading behavioral healthcare organization to recruit Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are passionate about helping children with autism and their families achieve meaningful outcomes. What you will be doing:
As a BCBA, you will play a key role in developing and overseeing individualized treatment programs while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to help children reach their full potential.
- Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical staff
- Provide parent and caregiver coaching and education
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care
- Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards
What you must have:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is a MUST
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with families and clinical teams
- Passion for improving the lives of children with autism
Other Information:
- Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000; Compensation varies by market and experience.
- Uncapped Monthly Bonus Opportunity
- Guaranteed Annual Bonus available in many markets
