SuperintendentPosition Overview The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves coordinating with various teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations on construction sites and ensure adherence to project schedulesCoordinate and supervise construction activities for commercial projects and fire station facilitiesManage subcontractors and labor teams to ensure efficient workflow and quality standardsImplement safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulationsMonitor project budgets and costs, providing regular updates to project managementConduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues promptlyFacilitate communication between project stakeholders including clients, architects, and engineersPrepare reports on project status, including challenges and forecasts for completionQualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent or similar role in construction managementStrong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codesExperience in commercial construction and fire station projects is highly desirableExcellent leadership and organizational skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in project management software and toolsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferredBenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommute
