Tax Manager OpportunityThe Bonadio Group is seeking a Tax Manager to join our Tax Service Line. We work hard to develop and advance quality-focused tax professionals. You will enjoy the opportunity to learn, develop, and grow into well-rounded trusted advisors to clients and your colleagues.Responsibilities:Project management and review complex business and individual tax returns.Review and sign simple business and individual tax returns.Develop effective working relationships with clients to provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance services.Ability to identify and research tax issues, develop resolutions, and prepare written conclusions.Assist with the developing, training and mentoring of staff and interns.Recognize the opportunity to provide new and innovative services.Initiative to learn new tax skills the diverse client base at The Bonadio Group will offer including but not limited to: public company tax services, banking and financial industry tax services, international, cross-border and expatriate compliance services, and transaction advisory services.Working with ProSystems Engagement software and tax research softwareThe salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $95,000 and is commensurate with experience.Requirements:A minimum of a bachelor's degree in accountingAn active CPA or EA certificationA minimum of five years of tax experience in a public accounting firm or equivalent experienceHours of Operation:Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through FridayOur summer hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, with Flex Friday scheduling available in accordance with firm policy and business needsWe pride ourselves on our flexibility; however, there may be times when additional hours may be requiredAt The Bonadio Group, we believe that an inclusive work environment allows all of our people to achieve their greatest potential and the greatest results for our clients and communities.
