FULL TIME: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM VARIED DAYS AT 1090 SANDHILL ROAD, RENO, NV 89521

Our satellite stores are separate from our main processing facility located at 1090 Sandhill Road, Reno, NV.

 

Role: Customer Service Representative

Duties/Responsibilities:
-Enjoy chatting with your customer while handling drop-off and pick-up of customers' textiles, from chic clothing to snuggly bedding.
- Keep things organized by tagging /barcoding each item, ensuring smooth sailing through the cleaning process.
- Start an order by creating drop tickets, ensuring every customer feels appreciated and understood.
- Piece together the puzzle as you assemble orders, putting the final touches on each freshly cleaned ensemble.
- Pitch in to maintain a tidy workspace, because a clean environment makes for a happier workday.
- Build rapport with customers, meeting their needs with a friendly attitude and a willingness to help.
- Show your reliability and watch as doors to advancement swing open within our company!

 

Required Skills/Abilities :
- Easily interpret customer instructions for cleaning methods and stain removal.
- Engage effectively with customers and team members, ensuring clear, accurate, and friendly interactions.
- Quickly adapt to new software for preparing cleaning tickets.
- Deliver top-notch service, leaving customers satisfied and eager to return.

 

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Basic educational requirement to embark on this adventure.
- No Experience Required: While previous experience is a plus, we're happy to provide on-the-job training for motivated individuals.

 

Please be a committed team member! Our training program is approximately 4 weeks long and attendance is mandatory.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Training for all new hires will be 4 weeks, based on a 40-hour workweek. Training will be held at our 1090 Double Diamond location. Attendance is mandatory during the 4-week training period. Perfect attendance is mandatory for all CSRs working at outlier stores. Time-off requests must be made at least 2 weeks in advance of training completion.

 

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand for extended periods during your eight-hour shift. Standing is required while interacting with customers and marking in orders.
Moderate lifting (5-15 pounds) to load and unload items out of laundry bags.

Upper body lifting with repetitive movements . Candidates should expect to scan many individual orders and carry them to and place them on rails for customer pickup. This is a daily responsibility.

 

Your adventure begins with a starting hourly wage of $13.00! You will have an immersive 4-week training period during which you'll be equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in your role. Once all skills and knowledge have been met, a dollar increase will be awarded.
