Youth Transitional Living Coordinator - Case Management
The Bridge Family Center
The Bridge Family Center is seeking a full-time Transitional Living Coordinator in Manchester, CT. This role focuses on providing case management and life skills instruction for adolescents involved with DCF. The ideal candidate will manage cases, monitor resident behavior, and prepare reports for the department.
