Responsibilities Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process Prepare financial statements, forecasts, and budget-to-actual analyses for leadership Ensure compliance with ASC 606 revenue recognition and expense classification Maintain integrity of the general ledger and chart of accounts Build and maintain SOPs and internal controls Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and scalability Mentor and develop accounting team members Own cash flow forecasting Manage multi-currency accounts and foreign exchange accounting Manage the line of credit and vendor relationships Qualifications : 7+ years progressive accounting experience in a services or software industry company Detailed, hands-on operator possessing the skills and passion to thrive in a fast-growth, family-oriented culture environment. Experience with forecasting, planning, and financial modeling. Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence, and executive presence. Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills. Strong communications skills - Ability to support a position with facts and analysis, maintain up-to-date written documentation. Ability to work on-site in Broward County.
