Customer Service & Material Specialist

Charles Kirchner And Son Inc (Kirchner Building Centers), a family-owned building materials and lumber supplier, is seeking a Customer Service & Material Specialist to support contractors and homeowners at our wholesale building center. In this hands-on role, you’ll greet customers, answer product questions, and help select the right lumber and materials for construction and remodeling projects. You’ll process orders, coordinate with the yard team, assist with inventory and stocking, and ensure accurate, timely service. This position offers the opportunity to build strong customer relationships, grow product and sales knowledge, and develop within a stable, community-focused company that values integrity, teamwork, and personal service.
