To be successful as a Level 1 Med Aide at The Timbers, there are several key skills and qualifications that are necessary. Firstly, you must have a current L1MA certification, ensuring that you have the necessary knowledge and training to administer medications safely and effectively. Attention to detail is crucial, as you will be responsible for accurately documenting medication administration and ensuring that residents receive the correct dosage at the appropriate times.
