EVS Manager

Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced EVS Manager to lead a high-performing team within a large hospital environment in Sherwood, AR. This role will oversee a diverse group of supervisors and frontline EVS staff, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Maintaining team accountability and meeting all KPI measures. Ensure consistent communication regarding operational needs with the EVS Market Director, Human Resources and EVS team members. Proactively managing daily operations and addressing issues with a positive mindset. Collaborating with nursing leadership and making sound operational decisions.
