This Position May Be a Great Fit If You Have professional caregiving experience and understand the responsibility that comes with caring for another person Are dependable and take your commitments seriously Treat seniors with dignity, patience, and respect Are comfortable working independently in a client’s home Communicate professionally with clients, families, and our office team Are observant and proactive when a client’s needs change Take direction well and are willing to follow the client’s care plan Understand the importance of showing up on time and being consistent Want to build meaningful relationships with seniors—not simply complete a shift What You’ll Do You may assist seniors with: Companionship and conversation Meal preparation Light housekeeping Transportation and errands Personal care and hygiene Mobility and safety Dementia and Alzheimer’s support Medication reminders Activities that promote engagement and independence What We Expect Reliability is non-negotiable. Our clients and their families depend on us. If you frequently call off, arrive late, leave shifts early, or are looking for work that requires minimal responsibility, this position is probably not the right fit. Must have a drivers license, reliable transportation, and be 21 yrs+.
