Position Summary We are seeking one motivated, patient-centered Part-Time Dental Hygienist to support two of our New Jersey practices — one day per week in Monroe, NJ and one day per week in Brick, NJ . This role is ideal for a Hygienist who values flexibility, consistency, and a supportive clinical environment. You’ll work with a strong and loyal patient base alongside a collaborative care team focused on high-quality outcomes and exceptional patient experience. This position is open to both experienced Hygienists and recent graduates . Responsibilities Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide exceptional, compassionate patient care Take, develop, and evaluate dental X-rays Assess patients’ oral health conditions and report findings to the dentist Document patient care and treatment plans thoroughly Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and home-care techniques Maintain a clean, sterile, and compliant operatory Perform miscellaneous duties as needed Qualifications Active Dental Hygiene License (Required) Local Anesthesia Certification (Preferred but not required) Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care Ability to work one consistent day per week at each location Flexibility and reliability across both practice sites Knowledge & Skills Ability to clearly communicate clinical information to patients and dental professionals Strong attention to detail, organization, and patient rapport Ability to adapt smoothly between two practice environments Physical/Mental Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
