Senior Respiratory Care Practitioner Providence Holy Cross Medical Center, Mission Hills, CA Position Type: Per Diem, 12‑hour variable shifts (Part‑time) Pay Range: $43.39 – $67.37 per hour, base pay. Shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premium shift incentives, bonuses may be available. Responsibilities Provide respiratory therapy to neonates as ordered by physicians, according to established standards and practices. Perform neonatal intubation and support ventilatory care. Required Qualifications Graduate of a respiratory therapy program California Respiratory Care Practitioner license upon hire National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire National Provider ACLS – American Heart Association within 90 days of hire National Provider PALS – American Heart Association within 90 days of hire California Fire and Life Safety Card – National Organization within 30 days of hire Experience in neonatal intubation Preferred Qualifications Current NBRC RRT Credential, NPS RRT for all therapists upon hire 2 years of recent work experience Benefits Comprehensive benefits package, including retirement 401(k) plan with employer matching; health, dental, vision; life and disability insurance; paid parental leave, vacation, holidays; voluntary benefits; wellness resources.
