NP Family Medicine Opening in Seaman, OH Responsibilities Performs physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelinesOrders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's clinical problems and health care needsRecords physical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis based on patient's conditionPrepares a comprehensive patient care planPeriodically reviews the health care plan and goals of individual patientsPrescribes or recommends drugs or other forms of treatment such as physical therapy or inhalation therapyRefers patients to specialist for treatmentComplies with ACRMC Code of Conduct Requirements Minimum of a Master's Degree in Nursing. Two years of experience preferred.Current Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in the State of Ohio. Current BLS required.
