Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions. Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth, on‑brand operation. Consistently deliver on KPIs, be cross‑trained across store functions, and mentor/support new team members—living our values of Dream, Care, Dare, and Deliver every day. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Demonstrated results‑oriented selling experience, with at least 1 year in a high‑performance selling environment. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) that reflect a sense of Care. Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels of the organization. At least 18 years old and capable of providing proof of identity and eligibility to work. Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive to work on time. Consistent availability of at least 20 hours per week (up to 12 hours base weeks, up to 21 hours peak weeks, not exceeding 30 hours per week).
