Team Lead – Restaurant Operations The Team Lead supports daily restaurant operations and steps in to lead in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. This role focuses on building a people-first culture, delivering excellent guest experiences, and driving strong operational results. What You’ll Do Train, coach, and develop team members; identify future leaders Lead daily operations and ensure food quality, service, and cleanliness standards Hold the team accountable to company policies, food safety, and labor laws Engage with guests, resolve concerns, and create positive experiences Support performance goals by monitoring results, managing costs, and driving sales What You Bring Strong leadership and communication skills Passion for people development and guest service Accountability, reliability, and sound decision-making Ability to stay proactive in a fast-paced environment Working at QDOBA is about more than just food.
