Independent Licensed Therapist

Overview Guidelight Health is a cutting-edge behavioral healthcare company delivering PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) and IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) services. We are building a team of passionate, forward-thinking professionals to reshape mental health care. This role is onsite at the Federal Way clinic and reports to the Executive Director. Title: Therapist Department/Location: 100% Onsite at the Federal Way clinic FLSA Status: Exempt Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm PST. Primary focus on the Adult PHP/IOP population with some flexibility to cover Adolescents as needed. Role Summary Therapists are responsible for providing high-quality care and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with various behavioral issues. The therapist will facilitate 1:1 and group therapy, develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions. Role Responsibilities Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to determine clients\' needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy. Monitor and document clients\' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors, to provide comprehensive care. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews. Educate clients and their families about mental health and behavioral issues. Adhere to all confidentiality and ethical guidelines as outlined by professional standards and laws. Stay updated on the latest research and developments in behavioral therapy and mental health. Required Qualifications A master\'s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field. Valid Washington state independent licensure as a Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT). Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling. Experience providing group therapy and willingness to follow a group curriculum. Ability to manage clients in a group setting via in-person and virtual platforms. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
