Up to $3,000 hiring bonus for qualifying Audi Technicians! Experience Everything MileOne has to Offer: Competitive pay with the earning potential of $100,000+! Based on previous Brand Experience $28.00 - $33.00 flat rate hour + KPI Bonus (AVG KPI $2.50/hr)

Technician Responsibilities: Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards. Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform appropriate repairs. Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair. Document work performed on repair order

Technician Qualifications: + 2 years automotive experience in a dealership or independent shop. Automotive trade school experience, preferred. Maryland State Inspector, preferred - ASE or automotive manufacturer certifications, preferred. Valid Driver's License, with no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years
