Quality Technician

The Quality Technician plays a critical role in ensuring product integrity and compliance with customer requirements. This position supports both internal operations and customer-facing initiatives through rigorous testing, documentation, and collaboration with technical and sales teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, weigh, and load raw materials into machines.
• Monitor mixtures for consistency and viscosity.
• Sample, test, and approve incoming raw materials and finished products to meet specifications and customer requirements.
• Provide support for manufacturing areas.
• Perform routine and advanced quality tests, including: Appearance, specific gravity, pH, Titrations and refractive index measurements, Coating weight and adhesion testing.
• Execute various panel tests for corrosion resistance and coating performance.
• Prepare internal lab samples.
• Maintain inventory of retained samples and manage rotation schedules.
• Generate Certificates of Analysis and maintain accurate records of all testing activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal SOPs.
• Assist chemists and technical staff with special projects under the direction of leadership.
• Provide technical support for sales initiatives and customer projects.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

High School Diploma Required Associates or Bachelor degree in scientific discipline preferred 1-3 years of experience in GMP quality operations environment

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
