Completes cleaning duties, pulling trash, sweeping, mopping Assist patients in completing menu selections, offering alternative menu in accordance with food allergies, food sensitivities, cultural, ethnic, and religious preferences. Update and validate diet changes in the patient diet management system, prints and distributes reports, tallies, menus and meal tickets. Stock nourishment rooms and assist with kitchen stocking Perform cafeteria duties as assigned including serving, grilling, stocking, cleaning and cash handling.
