Advance Services Inc. is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant in Fort Morgan, Colorado. $18.00-$20.00 per hour SCHEDULE: DAY SHIFT - 8:00 AM TO 4:30 PM, Mon-Fri
Job Responsibilities
An Office Administrator manages daily workplace tasks to keep operations running smoothly. They greet visitors, handle phone calls and emails, order office supplies, and organize physical and digital filing systems. They support the wider team by scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating travel, and performing basic data entry or bookkeeping.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must be comfortable using computers and Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. They should be a quick learner, able to multitask and shift between projects as needed, self-motivated, dependable, and willing to work. Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
