Job Title Behavioral Health/EAP Clinician I - Evenings & Weekends Location & Work Arrangement Anywhere in the United States; ideally within commuting distance to a Elevance Health PulsePoint office. This role is primarily virtual full-time, with required in-person training sessions. Shift Schedule Opening Monday/Thursday: 6:00 pm – 2:30 am; Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 am – 6:30 pm Opening Tuesday/Friday: 7:00 pm – 3:30 am; Saturday: 12:00 pm – 8:30 pm Opening Monday/Thursday: 6:00 pm – 2:30 am; Sunday: 12:00 pm – 8:30 pm Responsibilities Respond to initial customer contacts and requests for services in the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Assess client situations, determine appropriate actions, and provide telephone or on-site crisis intervention, assessment, short-term problem resolution, and referrals. Manage critical incident stress debriefing requests. Assist members in accessing behavioral health benefits under their health plans. Manage the shared mailbox used by clients and external vendors, reviewing and documenting forwarded information. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of direct psychiatric and/or substance abuse experience; or a comparable combination of education and experience. Current unrestricted state license (LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Professional Counselor) appropriate to the state of employment. Preferred Skills and Compensation Advanced degrees: MA or MS desirable. Salary range (California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Nevada, New Jersey, New York): $58,596 – $111,024.
