Inventory Management Associate Semiconductor Manufacturing Location: Georgetown & Taylor, TX | Full-Time Hours/ Pay Rate: 8a-5p M-F / $20-21.50/hr

What You'll Do
- Manage asset/inventory/equipment receiving, tagging, deployment, tracking, reconciliation, and disposition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records across asset management systems.
- Perform data cleanup, validation, reporting, and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate discrepancies between system records and on-site assets.
- Support equipment staging, rack-and-stack coordination, and logistics activities.
- Partner with technicians, engineering, facilities, procurement, and manufacturing teams.
- Document procedures and identify opportunities to improve asset tracking and reporting.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 25 years of experience in asset/inventory management, IT asset management, manufacturing, infrastructure, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Familiarity with servers, networking, storage, manufacturing equipment, or similar assets.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced operational environment.
