• Prepare and present technical documentation and reports.
• Stay updated with the latest RF technologies and industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Participate in project planning and resource allocation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in RF engineering.
• Strong knowledge of RF design software and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with antenna design and testing is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven leadership experience in engineering projects.
• Security Clearance Required TS/SCI w/ Poly
