As a Service Technician, you'll learn and assist with the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of office equipment. You'll work closely with our experienced team to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Assembling, disassembling, and performing basic mechanical repairs on copiers, printers, and other office equipment.
• Learning to use basic electronic diagnostic tools to troubleshoot hardware and operational issues.
• Utilizing computer literacy to connect office machines to network systems, update software/firmware, and test basic communication functions.
• Staging, prepping, and tracking equipment and replacement parts accurately.
• Safely operating warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) to move heavy equipment, while keeping the workshop clean and organized.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Exceptional dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic being reliable every day is essential.
• A mechanical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a genuine interest in learning how electronic and mechanical systems work.
• Everyday computer literacy, comfort learning basic software tools, and good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift and maneuver up to 40 lbs consistently and stand/move throughout the shift.
• Any exposure to hands-on mechanical work, electronics, or warehouse operations is a bonus, but we will train you from the ground up.
