The Big Task

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll help homeowners get the HVAC and plumbing services they need by creating a positive experience from their first phone call through their scheduled appointment.

You'll be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, scheduling service appointments, answering questions, and helping resolve concerns while working closely with our technicians, dispatchers, and other departments.

You're not just answering phonesyou're helping customers when they need us most.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound customer service and scheduling calls professionally and efficiently.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm residential HVAC and plumbing service appointments.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional customer service on every call.
• Listen to customer concerns and help find solutions with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate customer information, appointment details, and service notes.
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and text.
• Work closely with dispatch, HVAC and plumbing technicians, and other departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Manage multiple calls, conversations, and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Meet individual and team goals related to scheduling, customer service, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude throughout every customer interaction.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people and solving problems and understands that the customer experience starts with a great conversation.

You'll be a strong fit if you have:

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, customer support, reception, scheduling, dispatch, or administrative support preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to remain calm, professional, and helpful when handling challenging customer situations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• The ability to manage multiple calls and tasks throughout the day.
• Comfort navigating multiple computer programs while speaking with customers.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software and systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office or customer management software is a plus.
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset.
• Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer care.
