Salary: $50-60 per hour depending upon the experience and case complexity Locations: Woburn, Concord, Waltham, Maynard, Concord, Lincoln and other surrounding areas Positions: Full-Time, Part Time or Per-Diem As the Home Care Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a crucial role in managing the clinical operations of our home care services. Job Responsibilities (RN) Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers. Conduct in-home assessments and ensure that patient care meets regulatory and company standards. Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations, including documentation and reporting requirements. Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance. Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for all home care cases. Qualifications Must Haves: Active RN License – valid and unrestricted RN license in the state of operation CPR Certification Preferred: Reliable Car, Driver's License and Auto Insurance Clinical Experience – 2-3 years in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing IV Infusion Therapy – proficient in administering and overseeing IV infusions, including medications, hydration, and TPN with minimum 2-3 years of experience Wound Care – provide wound care including dressing changes, infection prevention, and NPWT/Wound VAC management Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – ability to handle staffing issues, patient concerns, and operational challenges quickly and efficiently Flexibility & Availability – comfortable with on-call responsibilities and emergencies Nice to Haves: Home Health or Private Duty Nursing Experience – familiarity with BrightStar Care’s business model is a plus Sales & Business Development Mindset – ability to attract and retain clients and collaborate with referral partners At BrightStar Care, we recognize the hard work and dedication of our nurses and provide them with the resources and support they need to succeed.
