Talent Acquisition Specialist

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support Holistic Health’s hiring needs from Holbrook, NY. In this onsite role, you will attract, assess, and hire talent by partnering closely with hiring managers, candidates, and internal HR teams to deliver a consistent and efficient recruiting experience. What you’ll do Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to support recruiting plans and sourcing activities aligned to hiring needs across assigned business functions. Own end-to-end recruiting, from requisition posting through sourcing and offer acceptance. Share relevant talent market information, candidate availability insights, and competitive hiring feedback to support recruitment decisions. Run recruitment intake discussions with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, candidate qualifications, and recruitment expectations. Build and execute sourcing plans using applicant tracking systems, talent databases, employee referrals, networking, social media platforms, and external sourcing channels. Evaluate candidate qualifications against established technical and behavioral requirements and recommend qualified candidates for further consideration. Collaborate with the Recruitment Marketing team to integrate employer branding and social media tactics into sourcing plans, including coordination of targeted outreach events. Promote the Nestlé employment brand by delivering an excellent candidate experience throughout the process. Provide regular recruiting updates, candidate feedback, and pipeline status to hiring managers throughout hiring. Support hiring managers through candidate selection and offer process, coordinating with HR and compensation teams on offer administration. Ensure recruiting process excellence by following internal policies and procedures, maintaining accurate tracking of candidate and requisition activity in the applicant tracking system, and meeting compliance and legal requirements. Coordinate and schedule internal and external interviews, including in-person and virtual interviews using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Paradox, Success Factors, and other recruiting technologies. Manage interview scheduling timelines and provide ongoing communication with candidates, Human Resources, hiring managers, and recruiters. Provide virtual and onsite recruiting technology support as needed for troubleshooting and ad hoc communication with candidates and interview panelists. Support interview readiness by supplying internal panelists with interview guides and candidate resumes, and send candidates confirmation emails with interview details and updates as needed. Coordinate candidate travel and accommodations nationwide using the Nestlé Travel Policy and online tools through third-party vendors. Complete Interview Recommendation Forms to support compliance standards. Act as a liaison between Operations and Talent Acquisition to ensure required candidate documentation is submitted for candidate files, including job descriptions, resumes, applications, and interview recommendation forms. Requirements 2+ years of recruiting work experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred). Prior recruiting experience at Nestlé is preferred (three or more months). Ability to challenge processes when needed while managing expectations of business partners and candidates. Experience building and maintaining candidate pipelines using multiple sourcing channels and recruiting technologies. Working knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, applicant tracking, offer administration, and candidate relationship management. Proven ability to conduct competency‑based recruitment. Experience using technologies that support Talent Selection, including applicant tracking systems and sourcing channels, as well as social and digital media. Strong writing and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
