You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.

Fine Dining Server Responsibilities Include:

Suggestively sell beverages and menu items
Responsible for having a strong food knowledge base
Very detailed understanding and memorization of the current menu items which include all alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, food and specials
Attends the daily pre-shift meeting to learn any important daily information any other scheduled staff meetings
Complete all assigned pre-shift side duties in a timely manner
Stocking, polishing silver, glass and dishware, setting, bussing and clearing tables, trash and recycling removal, expediting food, serving food and drinks, waiting tables
Must have explicit knowledge of the menus and be able to make recommendations answer questions regarding dish preparations
Monitor and observe guests' dining experiences
Keeps the chefs and managers informed of any issues that might affect quality or timing of service
Wait on customers

Fine Dining Server Requirements:

Minimum of one year experience as a server,
Fine dining experience - preferred
Previous knowledge of touch screen POS systems - preferred
Basic wine, beer, and spirits knowledge
Innovative, sales forward and trustworthy.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
TABC Certified
