We are seeking a dynamic 3D & Concept Artist with a strong social-first acumen to join a central creative team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in transforming ideas, stories, and strategic concepts into compelling visual artwork that captivates audiences, encourages sharing, and leaves a lasting impression. Your work will directly influence how a beloved, globally recognized creative platform is perceived and engaged with across diverse marketing and social channels. You will be a key player in shaping visual narratives that resonate deeply with a passionate community, making a tangible impact on global marketing and social efforts.

This hands-on creator role supports global marketing and social initiatives for a highly popular creative platform. You will craft high-quality 3D artwork, visual concepts, mockups, sketches, key visuals, and presentation-ready creative for social media, paid media, marketing campaigns, franchise moments, and broader storytelling. You will collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and social teams to bring ideas to life in ways that feel playful, relevant, and unmistakably authentic to the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D artwork, visual concepts, key visuals, sketches, mockups, and creative explorations for social media, paid media, marketing campaigns, franchise initiatives, and community activations.
• Translate creative briefs, business objectives, franchise moments, and marketing strategies into compelling visual concepts that clearly communicate ideas and inspire stakeholders.
• Develop concept artwork, environmental imagery, product visualizations, campaign assets, and creative mockups to define and evolve visual directions for projects.
• Produce presentation-ready visual materials to communicate ideas during planning, pitching, and creative development phases.
• Ensure artwork is adaptable across multiple channels and formats, including social media, paid media, websites, events, marketing campaigns, presentations, and partner materials.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Marketing teams, Social teams, and Producers to align artwork with strategic objectives and brand standards.
• Explore multiple visual directions and iterations, balancing speed and creativity while maintaining a high-quality bar.
• Stay current on design, gaming, entertainment, technology, and cultural trends, proactively bringing forward new ideas, techniques, and visual opportunities.
• Experiment with new tools, workflows, and formats, including AI-enabled creative workflows, to improve efficiency, creative exploration, and concept development.
• Ensure all artwork aligns with brand integrity, accessibility, confidentiality, and community guidelines.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of experience in 3D art, concept art, visual development, entertainment art, marketing design, gaming, or related creative fields. Exceptional portfolios demonstrating relevant experience can outweigh years of experience.
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in 3D artwork, concept development, visual storytelling, mockups, sketches, key visuals, or campaign creative.
• Proven ability to take ideas from concept through execution, using visual thinking and artistic craft to communicate direction and intent.
• Significant experience as a social-first creative editor or social media content creator, focusing on creating engaging social content that captures attention quickly and feels organic rather than promotional.
• Demonstrated ability to create social content that feels like a fun, organic social media video rather than a traditional advertisement.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, color, form, storytelling, and visual communication.
• Experience creating artwork that supports both marketing objectives and audience engagement across a variety of channels and touchpoints.
• Ability to work across different levels of fidelity, from rapid sketches and visual explorations to polished presentation materials and final artwork.
• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D and creative tools used for modeling, rendering, visual development, and image creation.
• Experience developing mockups, visual prototypes, and concept materials that help stakeholders understand and align around creative ideas.
• Strong collaboration skills with experience partnering across Creative, Marketing, Social, Production, Community, and leadership teams.
• Comfort working in rapid creative cycles, incorporating feedback efficiently, exploring multiple directions quickly, and maintaining quality under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of brand consistency and good judgment around creating work for a global audience and a passionate community.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with AI-enabled creative workflows for accelerating ideation, concept development, design exploration, rendering workflows, or iteration, while maintaining quality and originality.
• Passion for and active engagement with popular creative platforms, particularly those with strong community elements.
