Academic Tutor and Mentor

As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you will serve in a partner public school to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth. Working closely with teachers, you’ll provide one-on-one and small-group tutoring in core subjects, reinforce classroom learning, and help manage a positive learning environment. You will build trusting relationships with students, serve as a mentor and role model, and track their progress toward key goals.
