Job Description & Requirements Specialty: MRI Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 06/20/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel MRI Tech – 13 weeks – Asheville, NC Responsibilities: Performed MRI procedures including contrast and non-contrast studies while ensuring patient safety and image quality. Operated GE MRI equipment and accurately documented patient information in Cerner. Prepared patients for imaging procedures, screened for MRI safety, and monitored patients throughout scans. Collaborated with radiologists and healthcare staff to ensure timely diagnostic imaging services. Followed department protocols, maintained equipment readiness, and assisted with rotating weekend coverage.
