Job Opportunity TNAA TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Hudson, Florida. Job Details Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks, 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Job ID: 1454399 Responsibilities Work with a highly skilled team of medical professionals in a cardiovascular surgical environment, providing assistance to the physician including maintenance and monitoring of EKG equipment, and assisting during angioplasty, cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology. Learn complex technologies effectively. Assist physicians with cardiac catheterization as a way to diagnose heart conditions or as a treatment. Assist with angioplasties, valvuloplasties and stent placements. Help implant pacemakers and implantable cardioverter‑defibrillators (ICDs). Stand and walk for long periods of time, bend, lean and stoop without difficulty. Easily lift 20 pounds; lifting of patients may require lifting up to 50 pounds at times. Possess good skills for coping with stress and be able to relate to people of all ages and backgrounds. Qualifications 1-2 years recent acute care experience. ACLS, BLS, 2 Years. Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.
